小型GIS在配网规划中的应用实践

摘    要:在基层供电企业的配电网规划领域存在一些特殊而具体的需求,大型地理信息系统(GIS)无法完全满足,需要针对性地开发小型的专业化系统。文章分析了大型地理信息系统的特性,结合配电网规划业务特点,提出了系统需求并开发出对应的BBEGPS平台,详细阐述了数据体系构建方法和规划建设中的典型应用。通过实践检验,该平台在数据兼容和易用性方面处于国内领先水平,可与大型系统形成良好补充,为发展强化"三集五大"体系下的配网规划职能奠定了基础。

Abstract:There are some special and specific requirements for the power supply companies in the field of distribution network planning, which large-scale geographic information system (GIS) can not fully meet. Thus, there is a need to develop a specialized system based on the small-scale GIS. Combing the features of large-scale GIS with the characteristics of distribution network planning business, this paper gives system requirements, develops the corresponding BBEGPS platform, and describes the data framework construction method and typical applications in the planning construction. Practical results show that the platform has advantages of data compatibility and usability, makes a worthful supplement to the large-scale GIS, and establishes the foundation for developing and strengthening distribution network planning under the "Three Intensive Management and Five Large-scale Movements" system.
