SJ—FMS刀具状态功率监控系统

摘    要:随着机械加工自动化程度的提高,刀具状态在线监控已成为迫切需要解决的问题。本文介绍了刀具状态功率监控的基本原理及利用8031单片微型计算机加以实现的SJ-FMS刀具监控系统,着重讨论了SJ-FMS监控系统中信号采样和处理的特点。

Abstract:With the development of the automation of machining operation,on line tool condition monitoring is becoming an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper the basic principle of cutting power monitoring and SJ FMS tool condition monitoring system realized with the 8031 microcomputer are introduced with detailed discussion on signal sampling and processing of the system.
