GIS数据融合的虚拟现实系统探讨

针对现有三维GIS系统以及虚拟现实系统存在的问题,基于可动态更新GIS数据开发了具备三维场景漫游、外部数据库查询和部分空间分析功能的虚拟现实系统。该文首先介绍了地理信息系统和虚拟现实的现状及其融合发展的背景,然后描述了在Visual VC＋＋．NET开发环境及OpenGL函数库的基础上,利用Terra Vista、MuhiGen Creator及Vega等仿真建模、实时渲染工具建造系统的过程,并以“数字都江堰演示系统”的建设证实了其实用效果。

Research on Combination of Virtual Reality System with GIS Data

Because of the defects of present 3D Geographic Information System and Virtual Reality System,a VR system with the functions of 3D scene roaming,Extern database querying and space analyzing was developed based on dynamically updating GIS data.This paper firstly introduced the research status of GIS and VR,and the progress of their synergetic technology.Then,it discussed the process of building system based on VC++.NET development environment and OpenGL functions library,by using simulation modeling and real-time romancing software tools,such as Terra Vista,Multigen Creator and Vega.And the "digital Dujiangyan demo system" shows the application results of this method.
