摘    要:液氢贮箱在加注液氢前首先进行氮气置换 ,合格后再进行氦气置换 ,置换后排出的氮氦混合气混合贮存 ,混合气中He纯度为 91 6 6 % ,其余主要为氮气。结合中心现有条件 ,提出了利用高压低温冷凝法和低温吸附法相结合的方法对回收的氦气进行现场提纯 ,可以生产纯度大于 99 995 %的氦气。

Abstract:A liquid hydrogen storage tank must be replaced by nitrogen prior to filling liquid hydrogen. After accepted it will be replaced by helium. The gas mixture of nitrogen and helium discharged after completion of replacement is stored in a mixed way. The helium purity contained in the gas mixture is 91.6%,and the other is mainly nitrogen. Based on the existing conditions in the center, the paper puts out that it is feasible to use cryogenic condensation in high pressure together with cryogenic adsorption to purify the helium recovered on spot. As a result, helium with purity over 99.995% can be produced.
