摘    要:大量现场实验结论证明了泡沫动态实验对于泡沫排水采气非常重要,使地层水、凝析油均可有效地从气井中排出。在改进了RossMile泡沫测定方法的基础上,建立了泡沫动态实验装置,用泡排剂LH和泡排剂UT-11C进行泡沫流动实验。利用两相流理论,开展了气流量和气流速度对气体携液量的影响研究和气液比与携液量的关系研究,定量地分析了气流量和气流速度对气体持液率的影响,对泡沫排水采气动态进行了探索性的研究,从而指导气田经济、高效、合理地开发。

Abstract:A large amount of field test results show that the dynamic foam test is important for the study on foam drainage gas recovery,the foam drainage gas recovery technology can effectively remove formation water and oil condensate out of the gas wells. Based on the improvement of RossMile foam test method,the dynamic foam test apparatus was set up by using the foaming agents LH and UT-11C. According to the two-phase flow theory,the effects of gas flow rate and gas flow velocity on the liquid-carrying capability of gas were studied,and the relation between the gas/liquid ratio and liquid carrying amount was analyzed. Quantitative analysis was made regarding effects of gas rate and gas velocity on liquid-holding ratio of gas. The dynamic procedure of foam drainage gas recovery was also explored. The studies are important for economic,effective and reasonable development of gas fields.
