| 摘 要： | 针对10kV高压电力用户长期采用不同的计量方案，造成发行电量、电费结算有明显差异的问题，对高压供电计量点、计量方式和高压电能计量装置及其接线方式进行了分解剖析和简要评估，提出了相应的改进建议。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of obvious difference in electricity charges resulting from different ways of measuring electric energy adopted by 10 kV high - tension electric power users for a long time, the measurement point and way of measurement for high - tension electric power,high - tension electric meters and their wiring are analysed with further improvement suggested. |
