摘    要:无规羧基丁腈橡胶(CBN)和酚醛环氧树脂(F-51)在酸肝固化体系中具有较好的相容性,CBN橡胶从F-51树脂中的相分离析出较为困难;随着CBN含量的增大,橡胶和树脂以双相连续结构存在,这种半相容特征使CBN/F—51共混物的玻璃化转变峰被大大拓宽。实验发现:少量不含羧基官能团的丁腈橡胶(BN-26)添加到CBN/F-51共混体系后,能显著促进CBN橡胶从树脂中的相分离析出。

Abstract:It is difficult to soparate earboxyl-randomized butadiene acrylonitri-le copolymer (CBN) from phenolic epoxy resin (F-51) in an anhydride curing system because of the good compatibility of CBN/F-51 . With the in-creasing of the amount of CBN in the resin, the glass transition peak of the blend is widened greatly for the semi-compatible microstructure of the dual phase continuity. It is found that the phase separation of CBN from the resin is promoted evidently by .adding small amount of butadiene acry-lonitrile copolymer (BN-26) into the CBN/F-51 blend system.
