摘    要:学生身体健康状况是全社会的问题,适当进行体育锻炼能提高学生的身体素质。身体素质主要包括力量、速度、耐力、柔韧以及灵敏度这五个方面。主要论述了这五个方面各自的发育特点、最适宜的锻炼时间和营养需求。

Abstract:The student health condition is the all society's question, and it is able to improve student's physical quality by Suitably carrying on the physical training. The physical quality mainly includes the strength , the speed, the Endurance, the flexility as well as the sensitivity. This article mainly elaborated the respective growth characteristic, the most suitable exercise time and the nutritioned mand question in these five aspects, for the student according to own need to suitably exercise body, and reasonably increases own nutrition.
