| 摘 要： | 本文运用均匀设计法探索了以磷酸/硅藻土为催化剂,以二甲苯为溶剂,邻苯二酚叔丁醇烷基化合成高效阻聚剂-对叔丁基邻苯二酚的路线.考察了催化剂用量、配料比及反应时间对产率的影响.通过逐步回归得到了二次回归方程,经寻优得到较好的反应条件:催化剂用量为邻苯二酚量的2.7倍,邻苯二酚与叔丁醇的摩尔比为1∶2,反应时间为2 h.在此条件下,对叔丁基邻苯二酚的产率可达30%左右.

| Abstract: | Alkylation of pyrocatechol with t-butanol is explored using phosphoric acid carried in kieselguhr as catalyst and xylene as solvent by means of the uniform design and the ef- fects of the quantity of catalyst,the ratio of the raw materials and the reaction time on the yield are investigated.The secondary regression equation is obtained with the stepwise re- gression and the optimum processing parameters and the yield under the optimum condi- tions are reported. |
