摘    要:钢渣是炼钢过程中产生的工业废渣,碱度较高的钢渣中含有较多的C3S和C2S,使其具有一定的水硬活性,可作为水泥基材料的活性掺舍料,对水泥基材料的耐久性可起到调节作用。但随着钢渣碱度的提高,游离氧化钙(∫-CaO)的含量提高,而产生潜在的不安定性,必须对钢渣进行预处理,并通过机械或化学方法激发其活性,提高水化速度。

Abstract:Steel slag is a kind of industrial waste slag produced during the process of melting steel. Steel slag with higher bacisity has potential hydraulic reactivity because of its higher content of C_3S and C_2S. Therefore, it can be used as reactive additive of cement-based materials, for improving their durability. However, the content of f-CaO in steel slag increases with the increase of its basicity, resulting in poor volume stability of cement-based materials. Consequently, steel slag needs to be pretreated to improve its hydration speed and its reactivity should be activated by mechanical or chemical methods.
