摘    要:以硫酸高铈为催化剂,丁酮和1,2-丙二醇反应合成丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮.探讨了硫酸高铈对缩酮反应的催化活性,研究了酮醇物质的量比、催化剂用量和反应时间等因素对产品收率的影响.结果表明,硫酸高铈是合成丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的良好催化剂,在丁酮与1,2-丙二醇物质的量比1:1.6、催化剂用量0.4 g、反应温度(80~10...

Abstract:Butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal was synthesized from butanone and 1,2- propanediol using ceric sulfate as the catalyst.The catalytic activity of ceric sulfate for ketal reaction,and the influence of molar ratio of butanone to 1,2- propanediol,catalyst dosage and reaction time on the product yield were investigated.The results showed that ceric sulfate was good catalyst for the synthesis of butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal and the product yield of 81.5% was obtained under the optimum condition as follows:molar ratio of butanone to 1,2-propanediol 1∶1.6,catalyst dosage 0.4 g,reaction temperature (80-108) ℃,cyclohexane as the water carrying agent and reaction time 60 min.
