高强度复合材料电力电缆支架技术性能研究

摘    要:高强度复合材料具有优越的性能,用其制作的电力电缆支架是传统钢结构电力电缆支架的可靠替代产品。介绍了钢结构电力电缆支架存在的主要问题,分析了应用于电力电缆支架的复合材料具有的优良特性。介绍了有关标准对高强度复合材料电力电缆支架的主要性能要求,以及对某公司提供的电力电缆支架样品性能检测的良好结果和工程应用情况。

Abstract:The high strength composite has superior performance.The cable rack made with high strength composite is quite reliable to replace the tranditional steel structure cable rack.The major problems of steel structure cable rack are introduced.The wonderful features of the composite used for cable rack are analyzed.The requirements on major performances of high strength composite in relevant standards are presented,as well as very desirable test report of the cable rack samples from a certain manufacturer and its engineering application.
