摘    要:以Al-MCM-41分子筛为载体,制备了2Na+O2-/Al-MCM-41分子筛型固体超强碱催化剂,通过XRD、FT-IR、BET、SEM、TEM、碱强度和碱浓度测定等分析测试手段对催化剂进行表征.结果表明,与同类超强碱催化剂相比,2Na十O2-/Al-MCM-41具有丰富的孔结构、理想的碱强度和碱浓度.通过催化合成二...

Abstract:The solid superbase catalyst 2Na+O2^-/Al-MCM-41 was prepared using A1-MCM-41 molecular sieve as the carrier and characterized by XRD, FT-IR, BET, SEM, TEM, the base strength, basicity and other testing methods. The results showed that compared with the same kind of solid superbase catalyst,2Na+O2^-/Al-MCM-41 possessed rich pore structure, ideal base strength and basicity. The catalyst was used in the synthesis of bis-benzalacetone and exhibited good low-temperature catalytic activity and selectivity.
