摘    要:IEC 61850标准与IEC 61970标准的无缝连接技术是目前模型交互的标准化领域的研究重点。通过分析控制中心和变电站的电网模型维护的现状,提出了以IEC 61850标准和IEC 61970标准为基础,以一次设备模型为研究对象的控制中心与变电站间的电网模型交互技术。从控制中心角度探讨了实现异构模型连接的主要方式,分析了实现模型信息和实时数据一体化无缝连接的模型映射方案、关键技术以及应用方式,为无缝连接的建立和实际应用奠定基础。

Abstract:The seamless interconnection technology of IEC 61850 and IEC 61970 standards is the key to the research in the standardization field of the present model exchanging technology.Through the analysis on the present situation of the network model maintenance,the new network model exchanging technology between the control center and substations with IEC 61850 and IEC 61970 standards as base and primary equipment model as research object is submitted.In the aspect of the control center and substations,the major methods of the heterogeneous models connection are explored.The model reflection scheme,key technologies and application methods of the seamless integration between the model information and realtime data are analyzed to set up foundation for the flawless connection and its applications.
