摘    要:为了解估计带耦电抗器的单位容量造价,必须进行该电抗器的电磁结构统计.根据电抗器的工作特性,确定了设计参数和要求;通过分析比较,确定了铁心绕组布置结构;据主电抗要求确定了铁心参数和线圈匝数;通过反复调整计算,确定了绕组电流密度和绕组结构,同时进行了漏电抗、耗材及损耗、温升计算.设计结果表明,在满足各种技术性能和损耗指标前...

Abstract:To understand and estimate the unit capacity cost of reactor with coupling coil(RCC),the electromagnetism structure of the reactor must be determined.This paper studied the design parameter and criteria of the reactor based on its characteristics.The layout and structure of the cored windings are decided with careful comparison and analysis.The parameters of iron core and the turns are decided on the basis of the main reactance requirements;the current density and structure of the coil are worked out through repetitive adjustment and calculation;the leakage reactance,consumable and consumption,and temperature rise are all calculated in this paper.It is found that when the technical features and consumption index are satisfied,the iron and copper consumption per unit capacity of RCC are lower than that of the shunt reactor with iron core with the same capacity.They occupy the same space,while the former is a little higher.
