摘    要:以正丁胺为模板剂,采用水热法制备了NaY型分子筛,用XRD、SEM和TG-DTA等手段对分子筛进行表征,研究了晶化时间、晶化温度、投料顺序和添加NaCl对制备的分子筛性能的影响,原料中添加NaCl,423 K晶化50 h,制备的NaY型分子筛结晶度高,颗粒均匀,粒径约1 μm.用制备的分子筛分别负载CuO-ZnO<,2...

Preparation of NaY zeolite by hydrothermal method and its application in catalytic synthesis of n-tributyl citrate

Abstract:NaY zeolite was prepared by hydrothermal method using n-butylamine as the template and characterized by XRD, SEM and TG-DTA. The effects of crystallization time and temperature, feeding order,and the addition of NaCl on the properties of as-prepared zeolite were investigated. The results showed that NaY zeolite had high crystallinity and uniform particle size of 1 um,which was crystallized at 423 K for 50 h and added NaCl in raw materials. The catalytic activity of NaY zeolite loaded with CuO-ZnO2-Al2O3 and FeCl3 for the synthesis of tributyl citrate was investigated,respectively. Tributyl citrate yield of more than 75% was attained under the reaction condition as follows: reaction temperature 405 K, reaction time 3 h, molar ratio of citric acid to n-tributyl alcohol 1:5, catalyst dosage 5% of the reactant mass.
