摘    要:针对当前特/超大型城市的配电网调度系统中存在的实际问题,重新定位和深入探索了新的城市配电网管理模式。作为智能配电网技术、智能调度、智能营销与高级计量体系交集的智能配电网调度高层应用研究,着重探讨和分析了可视化智能交接班、配电网计划检修高级优化、多目标多约束复杂情景下直接负荷控制方案等关键性问题,提出了相关方案的建模思路,可为特/超大型城市智能配电网调度体系及其高层应用平台的建设提供参考。

Abstract:A new urban distribution management pattern is orientated and deeply explored to solve the actual problems in current mega-cities distribution dispatching system.As the intersection of smart distribution technology,smart dispatching,smart electric power marketing and advanced meterring architecture,high-level application research of the smart distribution dispatching focuses on the exploration and analysis of essential issues such as the visualized smart dispatching log,advanced optimization of distribution maintenance scheduling,schemes of multi-objective/constraint of direct load control under complex situations,presents the modelling ideas of relevant plans,which can be reference for dispatching system and its high-level application platform of mega-cities smart distribution.
