摘    要:基于Si粉微粒的特性研究,对Si粉微粒在钢样及滤网上的粘结特性进行了试验研究,对Si粉微粒在实际烟气中的沉积情况进行了分析.研究表明:常温下Si粉微粒呈絮状结构,具有较强的团聚特性;静态试验中Si粉微粒在钢样上的粘结量主要取决于钢样表面的粗糙度,在实际运行中要及时清灰,保持受热面的清洁;在实际锅炉运行中,Si粉微粒在管...

Abstract:Based on the properties of silicon particles,bonding behavior of silicon particles on steel sample and filter screen was studied and deposition characteristic of silicon particles in flue gas was analyzed.The results shows that silicon particles are flocculent at normal temperature,and have a reunion feature.Bonding capacity of silicon particles on steel sample mainly depends on the roughness of steel sample.The fouling will be serious and mechanical vibration cleaning is proposed timely to make the heating surface clean in actual operation.Filter screen is easily to be blocked.High-speed air jet ash cleaning is ineffective,and ultrasonic cleaning is recommended.
