碳化硅杂质对石墨加热棒温度场的影响数值模拟研究

摘    要:运用ANSYS软件,以工业常用的石墨电加热棒为研究对象,对含有大颗粒碳化硅杂质的石墨电加热材料进行三维稳态传热数值模拟计算,分析了不同加热电流下碳化硅杂质颗粒大小对石墨加热棒温度场的影响关系.

Abstract:In high temperature electric heating process, heat tranfer property of the graphite material can be affectted by particles of impurity. In this article, the electric heating process in industrial graphite heating stick containing SiC large particle was simulated using three-dimensional stable method by ansys sottware. The result indicate that dimeter of the impurity particles is an important factor that affect the inner temperature differences of the material. And the most significant parameter is the heating current. In the case of SiC particles, the inner temparature difference is in proportion to the square of heating current.
