摘    要:在炼焦煤分级调湿工艺中合理地抽取焦炉烟道废气调节炼焦煤的水分,并进行必要的粒度分级,以达到降低能源消耗和环境污染的目的.通过智能化PID、人工智能等控制算法的协调控制可解决煤分级调湿中煤流与烟气流平衡匹配,焦炉烟道废气吸取过程中焦炉烟道吸力和煤水分控制等难题,达到了炼焦煤水分调整、粒度分级全自动运行的目的,同时实现了对...

Research on Stable and Coordinated Control of Classification and Moisture Control for Coking Coal

Abstract:The questions are overcome by coordinated control with intelligence PID and artificial intelligence method,such as the matching of the coal flow and the waste gas flow,the coordinated control between coal moisture control and suction control when waste gas is extracted from coke oven general flue and so on,at same time,it is also realizes that the moisture and classification auto-regulating with the non-turbulence waste gas extracting from the coke oven flue.
