注浆技术在新元矿回风立井中的应用

摘    要:针对阳煤集团新元矿回风立井涌水事件,提出了工作面注浆施工方案,重点介绍了工作面预注浆及壁后注浆的施工工艺,所采用设备及相关技术参数、技术要求等,通过采用工作面预注浆及壁后注浆工艺,分别对即将穿越的含水层及井筒最终涌水量进行控制,取得了较好的防水效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the water inflow event in the mine air reture shaft in Xinyuan mine of Yangmei Group,it put forward the grouting constructional scheme for working face,mainly introduced the constructional technologies of pre-grouting and groutiong behind segment for working face,the equipments applied,the related technology parameters,the main points of the technologies and etc.,through applying working face pre-grouting and the grouting behind segment technologies separately control the aquifer that is about to be gone through and control the final water yield of mine shaft,which received pretty good water-proof effect.
