摘    要:针对核电站蒸汽发生器所存在的非线性,时变性,大时滞等特点,本文提出了基于模糊控制的蒸汽发生器水位的串级自抗扰控制方案。该方案采用双闭环控制,内环采用带前馈的一阶线性自抗扰控制调节阀,并分别前馈补偿蒸汽扰动和给水扰动,外环采用二阶模糊自抗扰,设计了新型的幂次控制率。仿真结果表明,该控制方案对蒸汽发生器水位具有良好的控制效果,与串级ADRC-PID控制系统相比,不仅具有优良的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力,而且具有可行性。

Nuclear steam generator water level cascade active disturbance rej ection control based on fuzzy control
Abstract:In order to effectively control the water level of steam generator (SG),the paper presents cascade active disturbance rejection control (ADRC)scheme based on fuzzy control for SG water level. The program uses double-loop control,the inner loop with feedforward using first-order linear active disturbance rej ection control valve, respectively feedforward compensation steam and feedwater disturbances,and the outer with fuzzy second-order ADRC,designed a new type of power reaching law. Simulation results show that the control scheme of the steam SG water level has good control effect,compared with the cascade ADRC-PID control system,not only has excellent robustness and anti-interference ability,but also feasibility.
