摘    要:进行了金属纤维燃烧器用于燃气热水器及中餐燃气炒菜灶的实验研究,论述了2种金属纤维燃烧器的有害物(CO、NOx)排放量与火孔热强度、空气系数、金属纤维表面距受热面距离(即锅底高度)等因素的关系。金属纤维燃烧器具有低污染排放的特点。

Abstract:An experimental study on metal fibre burner used for gas water heater and gas kitchen range for Chinese food is carried out,and the relationship between harmful substances(CO and NO_x) emissions from two kinds of metal fibre burners and factors,including thermal intensity of burner port,air coefficient,distance of metal fibre surface from surface heated(height from pot bottom) etc.is discussed.The metal fibre burner is characterized by low pollution emission.
