钼及钼合金粉末冶金技术研究现状与发展

摘    要:系统总结了钼及钼合金粉末冶金技术的研究进展和工业应用现状。分别论述了钼粉末冶金理论、超细(纳米)钼粉、大粒度(和高流动性)钼粉、高纯钼粉、新型钼成型技术、新型钼烧结技术、钼粉末冶金过程数值模拟技术等7个研究方向的技术原理、技术特点、设备结构和工业应用现状,并分析其发展前景。

Abstract:The extensive investigations in recent years on the research progress and industrial application of powder metallurgy processes of Mo and its alloys are reviewed. Powder metallurgy fundamentals of Mo, preparation processes of super -fine and nano Mo powder, Mo powder with big particle size or/and excellent flowability, and high - purity Mo powder (including vapor phase reduction, activated reduction, carbonyl pyrolytic process, microwave plasma, microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition, hybrid plasma reduction process, mechanical alloying, mechanical atomization technology, plasma atomization technology, plasma physical vapor deposition, and several modified processes), up - to - date compaction processes of Mo ( including magnetic compaction process, warm compaction, warm flow compaction (WFC), high velocity compaction (HVC)), nearly developed sintering processes of Mo (including SPS, selective laser sintering (SIS), continuous microwave sintering), and some new progresses in the numerical simulation methods of the P/M processes, are respectively described in detail. And the fundamentals, features, equipment, application and prospects of the processes are evaluated.
