摘    要:地质条件复杂地区多层建筑的基础形式的设计方案可以有多种选择.有时一个设计方案在某个工程中应用时,从各项评定指标来看都是最优方案,可应用在另一个地质条件不同的工程中就会出现评定指标不满足要求的情况.通过工程实例对在选择设计方案不同时,从工程成本、工期、施工难易程度等评定指标方面做了比较详细的论述,并对设计人员在选择设计方案时应注意的事项做了阐述.

Abstract:Design schemes for the foundation forms of multi-story buildings have many selections in the areae of complicated geological conditions.Sometimes a design scheme is the optimum scheme applied for a project in various evaluation index,but evaluation index is not satisfied with requests when it is used another project with different geological conditions.In this paper,the discussion in detail through the example is made in the evaluation index,such as cost project,construction period,the difficult and easy of construction,etc.,and problems noticed are set forth for the designers selecting the design scheme.
