复合模板剂制备介孔TiO2纳米粉体

摘    要:以聚乙二醇400(PEG-400)和二乙醇胺(DEA)为复合模板剂,在室温下采用溶胶一凝胶法制备了介孔TiO2纳米粉体,并利用XRD、FE-SEM、FT-IR等方法对粉体进行了表征.结果表明:TiO2纳米粉体具有显著的介孔结构特征,400℃焙烧脱模后TiO2纳米粉体的介孔结构没有被破坏,且为单一的锐钛矿晶相;介孔TiO2纳米粉体为类球形颗粒,孔径均匀,大小约为10nm;400℃焙烧可完全去除复合模板剂.

Abstract:Mesoporous TiO2 nano-powder was prepared by Sol-gel process with PEG-400 and IDEA as the composite templates at room temperature. The characteristics of powder were analyzed by XRD, FE-SEM, FT-IR, etc. The results indicated that TiO2 nano-powder was of notable mesoporous structures. The mesoporous TiO2 nano-powder with anatase phase was obtained after calcining at 400 ℃ for remove the composite templates, the mesoporous structures were not destroyed. Mesoporous TiO2 nano-powder was spheric-like particles, the mesoporous size was homogenous distributed, about 10 nm. The composite templates were removed completely after the samples were calcined at 400℃.
