现役石结构房屋抗震设防排查理念与原则

以多年来一贯所从事的石砌体性能研究成果、近期的房屋抗震普查工作和现场观测资料为依据，以广大产石地区为背景，以弘扬世界少有的中国石建筑文化为初衷，以科学规划、合理设计、精心施工和正确使用为前提，本着“防患重于救灾”的理念，系统介绍在役多层料石结构房屋抗震设防排查的若干关键方面和要点，提出抗震设防排查的原则和依据，以供工程实践、石文化的弘扬、石建筑瑰宝的保护和相关管理与决策等方面参考。

Concept and Principles on Seismic Investigation in Existing Stone Structure Buildings

Based on the study results of stone building performance and on-site observation for years, the main points in earthquake-proof reviewing for multi-storey stone structure housing are introduced in this paper,which is served for decision-making in the engineering practice and management. Based on the background of large-scale stone production areas, the principles and suggestious of the seismic fortification are put forward, in order to promote the very few Chinese stone building culture in the world, in the premise of the scientific planning, rational design,elaborated construction and proper use.
