| 摘 要： | 为了实现一般回转刀具的数控磨削加工，建立基于刀刃曲线回转刀具前刀面数学模型，确立用砂轮棱边数控磨创该前刀面的加工工艺及其加工要求，在此基础上提出了刀位轨迹的计算方法，并讨论各工艺参数的优化与选择。

| Abstract: | To realize the CNC grinding of a general rotary cutting tool,a matbematical method describing the rake based on the curve of cutting tool edge is established. The technology of CNC grinding the rake with tbe edge of a standard wheel is presented. An algorithm for tool path generation is presented, and the measures for optimizing the machining parameters are also explored in this paper. |
