| 摘 要： | 结合制造企业流程目标和实施执行情况提出制造流程评价目标,确定制造流程评价模型、指标体系,涵盖流程资源利用率、执行效率、重复率和效能4个方面,研究了制造流程任务属性分类和任务属性赋权原则,提出制造流程有效度评价决策模型,最后给出制造流程评价分析结论.

| Abstract: | Combining the objective of manufactory process with implementing statu s, it proposes the manufacturing process assessing (MPA) objective, determine s the MPA model and index architect, which covers four facets of ratio of utilit y, implements efficiency and ratio of repetition, efficiency. It researches prop erty classification of manufacturing process task and principle of setting weigh t of task property, carries the assessing decisive model of manufacturing proces s efficiency. At last, it gives the annalistic conclusion of MPA. |
