| 摘 要： | 本文探讨的是智能化住宅基础上的物业管理智能化的管理模式。智能化住宅小区物业管理模式利用物业管理系统、住宅自动化管理系统以及其他相关的智能化系统，通过对相应数据链的采集和综合分析，建立辅助决策支持模型，使得物业服务企业的物业管理方案让业主感受生活的便利、安全和舒适，并达到节约能源和降低运营成本的目的。

| Abstract: | It discusses the intelligent property management model based on intelligent residential areas. Making use of the property management system, automatic management system and other building intelligent systems, the property management model of community based on intelligent residential areas builds an assistant decision-making supporting system after collection and comprehensive analysis to corresponding data chains. It makes owners satisfied with property management plan proposed by property service enterprises, and achieves the aims of saving energy and decreasing operating costs. |
