纳米SiC的表面改性对CE/纳米SiC复合材料力学性能的影响

摘    要:采用高分子偶联剂SCA-3和低分子偶联刑KH-560对纳米SiC进行表面改性,并分别制备了氰酸酯树脂(CE)/纳米SiC复合材料.考察了这两种偶联剂对CE/纳米SiC复合材料力学性能的影响,并用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了材料的微观结构和断面形貌,探讨了偶联剂的表面改性机理.结果表明,SCA-3比KH-560更能有效地改善CE的力学性能;相对纯CE而言,经SCA-3表面改性纳米SiC的质量分数为1%时,CE/纳米SiC复合材料的冲击强度和弯曲强度分别提高了91.38%和32.84%.

Abstract:Nano-SiC was modified by the macromolecule silane coupling agent(SCA-3) and the low molecule silane coupling agent(KH-560),cyanate ester resins(CE)/nano-SiC composites were prepared respectively.The effect of two coupling agent on mechanical properties of CE/nano-SiC composites were investigated.The microstructure and morphology of CE/nano-SiC composites were showed through TEM and SEM,and the surface modification mechanism of coupling agent was discussed.The results indicated that SCA-3 had better effect o...
