摘    要:采用高温固相法制备PDP用BAM(BaMgAl10O17∶Eu2+)蓝色荧光粉,并用硅酸钠对其进行表面包覆。采用PDP真空紫外测试系统、SEM、IR和XRD等分析手段对荧光粉的光学性能、形貌、结构等进行表征。结果表明:Sr2+、Ce4+、Zn2+和Mg2+的掺杂有效提高了荧光粉的相对发光强度(约为50%);BAM蓝色荧光粉表面包覆了一层致密的硅氧化合物无机膜,经过表面包覆后,荧光粉的热稳定性显著提高,包覆后亮度衰减比例降低了10%。

Abstract:BAM phosphors which were prepared by high temperature solid-state method were coated with Na2SiO3. The spectral properties, surface morphology and the crystal structure were characterized by PDP testing, SEM, IR and XRD, respectively. The results indicated that the relative luminescence intensity increased by 50% through ion doping of Sr2+ , Ce3+ ,Zn2+ and Mg2+. The surface of BAM phosphors was evenly coated by SiO2. The performance of anti-degradation has been significantly improved by surface coating. The attenuation of the relative luminescences intensity decreases about 10 %.
