摘    要:在流体力学的普遍理论基础上,着重研究了指数律流体在管内流动时的速度分布规律,导出流体速度分布的普遍公式,并根据流体食品完全灭菌的工艺条件,提出保温管长度的设计原则,确立了保温管长度的计算式。为流体连续灭菌设备的设计及优化提供了可靠的依据,对指导生产具有一定的实际意义。

DESIGN ON THE HFAT PRESERVATION PIPE'S LENGTH OF POWERLAW FLUID FOOD IN CONTINUOUS PRESTERILIZING

Abstract:In this paper, the author presented the law of powerlaw fluidspeed distributed in a pipe on the universal theory of the fluid mechanics.It dedu-ced the general formulation of fluid speed distributed and presented a design prin-ciple of the heat preservation pipe's lenght in the light of the technological con-ditions in which the fluid food was completely sterilized. It established the calcu-lated formulation of the heat preservation pipe's length and supplied a reliablebasis with superior design of the machine of the fluid food continuous sterilizing,which will play the role of guiding production.
