传火管的稳健性设计

摘    要:研究了传火管的稳健性设计问题,采用动态特性、单因素优化技术和L9(34)正交表研究点火药剂的燃烧特性;采用静态望小特性和L18(21×37)正交表研究点火压力的稳定性问题。通过研究,找到了影响传火管点火压力的关键因素,确定了点火药装药长度与燃烧时间的线性关系式为t=0.003M。

Abstract:This paper talked about the robust design of the flash tube. The combustion performance of ignition powder was studied through the use of dynamic characteristic, the single factor optimization technology and the L9(34) orthogonal table. The stability of the ignition pressure has been researched by the use of lower expecting static characteristic and the L18(21 x 37) orthogonal table. The key factors that influences the ignition pressure of the flash tube were found out, the linear relation formula (f=0.003m) which is between the charge length of the ignition powder and burning time was determined.
