柠檬酸与轻稀土在P204-HCl萃取有机相中的存在形式

摘    要:本文通过对容量法和ICP法测定轻稀土Nd的萃取率以及对P204+煤油体系和P204-HCl、P204-HCl-H3AOH体系负载轻稀土(La、Ce、Pr、Nd)有机相进行红外光谱测试分析的研究。研究结果表明,P204-HCl-H3AOH体系萃取轻稀土过程中,配合剂柠檬酸没有参加萃取反应,而且RE3+与P204中基团P-OH的H+发生了置换反应生成P-O→RE,与基团P=O发生了配合作用形成的配合物P=O→RE,其配合能力随La、Ce、Pr、Nd原子序数的增加逐渐增大。

Abstract:The analysis and study of extraction rate of Nd by the method of volumetric method and ICP method is done in this article.Moreover,the testing and analysis of P204+ kerosene and the organic phase loading light rare earth(La,Ce,Pr,Nd) in P204-HCl and P204-HCl-H3AOH extraction systems with infrared spectrum is also discussed.The results show that in the process of light rare earth extraction in P204-HCl-H3AOH,accessory ingredient named citric acid doesn't take part in the extraction reaction.RE3+ does a displacement reaction with H+ of P-OH in P204 and forms P-O→RE.Complexes P=O→RE is also formed by the complex action between RE3+ and P=O in the process.And the complex ability is increased with the increase of atomic number of La,Ce,Pr,Nd.
