井下智能找堵水分层采油技术

介绍了一种井下智能分层采油技术,一趟管柱实现井下找水、堵水、生产、调层、测试等多项功能。用封隔器将井下各层位封隔,管柱上对应的每一个目的层段安装一套智能开关器。找堵水过程中井下智能开关能按照设定的时间顺序自动打开或关闭油层,实现油井的找水、堵水措施,达到任意选层开采,降水增油的目的。同时在生产过程中,内置压力计可连续监测分层压力资料,分析油层分层参数(分层压力、渗透率、污染系数)等资料,为精细掌握油藏动态特性提供依据。

Techniques for Oil production by Intelligent Downhole Water Searching,Plugging and Stratification

A technique for downhole intelligent stratification production was introduced.Water searching,plugging,production,layer-adjustment and detection could be implemented by a casing string running,each layer was packed by packers.A set of intelligent switches were installed on the positions of casing string corresponding to each target zone.During water plugging,the switch was automatically turned on and off according to the time setting,by which water searching and plugging were implemented for the prupose of random selection of production,water reduction and oil increment.At the same time,during the production,the installed pressure meter can continuously detect the zoning pressure data,analyze the stratified parameters(stratification pressure,permeability and pollution coefficient),by which a basis is provided for mastering the reservoir performance.
