高炉煤气直流燃烧器的试验研究

摘    要:对常规直流燃烧器和不同锥形半角的扩口直流燃烧器进行了高炉煤气稳燃试验,分析了高炉煤气的稳定着火原理、淬熄现象及脱火特性.结果表明:小内径直流燃烧器对燃烧具有强烈的淬熄作用;燃烧器类型对高炉煤气的脱火极限有较大影响,扩口直流燃烧器的脱火极限高于常规直流燃烧器.

Abstract:Tests for stable combustion of blast-furnace gas were carried out for the conventional impellerless burner and the bellmouth impellerless burners with different semi-conical angles.The principle of stable inginition,quenching phenomenon and flame-out characteristic of blast-furnace gas were analyzed.Results show that the impellerless burner with small inner diameter has strong quenching effect,and the type of burner has great effect on the flame-out limit of the blast-furnace gas.The flame-out limit of bell...
