| 摘 要： | Struts是Apache开发的免费Web应用程序框架，它为大型的Web应用程序开发提供了良好的框架，极大地方便了程序员的设计．开发工作。本文首先对Struts的运行机理以及网络管理的一些基本概念进行了分析和讨论，然后提出了一种将Struts应用于网络管理体系结构的设计，并描述了其基本流程。

This article firstly introduces the mechanism of Struts and the conception of Network Management, then gives a design in which Struts is used in network management system structure and describes the basic steps. |
