摘    要:采用多体动力学软件包ADAMS建立了带四连杆的配永磁机构真空断路器的动力学模型。将磁场方程、电路方程和机械运动方程耦合求解,解决复杂传动方式永磁机构动特性的计算问题。基于永磁机构动特性的计算,对永磁机构的设计参数和结构进行了优化,并且将断路器的灭弧室通过四连杆传动来驱动和通过一个杠杆来驱动进行了比较,结果表明前者的分合闸最大操作电流较小,即永磁机构通过四连杆传动来驱动真空灭弧室比通过一个杠杆来驱动优化效果更好。

Abstract:A dynamic model of the vacuum breaker with four-bar linkages and permanent magnet mechanism is established with multi-body dynamics software ADAMS.Coupling the magnetic field equations and the circuit equations with the motion equations,the dynamic characteristic of this complex configuration is calculated.Based on the calculations of the dynamic characteristic,the design parameters and the structure of permanent magnet mechanism are optimized.The results show that the opening current of the breaker with four-bar linkages structure is smaller than that with one lever structure,indicating the permanent magnet mechanism with four-bar linkages structure is better than that with one lever structure.
