CO2硬化碱性酚醛树脂粘结剂的研究

摘    要:在合成酚醛树脂的基础上,采用硅酸盐R作为交联剂、NaOH作为分散剂、偶联剂KH550作为增强剂,配制而成CO2硬化碱性酚醛树脂粘结剂,并确定了各组分的最佳含量。并针对粘结剂吹气硬化初强度低的不足进行改性处理,试验发现在合成初期加入少量的R盐、在合成后期加入适量的丙烯酸,可取得较好的效果。

Abstract:On the basis of synthesis of phenolic resin, a new type of cross-linking agent-R salt, a dispersant agent, silane are introduced into the binder system, and the optimum proportions of the factors are confirmed. To improve the lower early strength, some modifiers such as a certain amount of acrylic acid, R salt are added in the synthesis process and a good result has been got.
