居民用电递增制阶梯电价方案的设计

摘    要:递增制阶梯电价不仅可以照顾到低收入居民,而且对资源的有效利用有着重要意义。本文通过凯恩斯的消费函数,建立一种综合考虑居民收入和电力消费的居民用电递增制阶梯电价的定价模型,并详细介绍了该模型的具体算例。算例结果表明该模型是切实可行的,并且在低收入和高收入居民电费支出之间找到新的平衡点。

Abstract:Increased price ladder system not only takes low-income residents into account but also has great importance to using natural resources effectively.By keynesian consumption funtion a pricing model is established in this paper which combines residents income and the increased price ladder system.And some concrete calculation examples are introduced.The examples show that the model is practicable and finds a new balance point between low-income residents electricity cost and high-income residents electricity consuming cost.
