摘    要:利用改进的传统粉末冶金工艺(铸锭热处理、氢爆、改进型气流磨设备以及在气流磨中掺入添加剂等)。在无严格的防氧保护情况下,从传统合金铸锭出发,工业化生产出具胡高耐蚀性的N48-50档烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体。

Abstract:Using modified conventional powder metallurgy process for sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets, including annealing of ingot alloy, hydrogen decrepitating, modified jet mill and adding additive during jet milling, we have mass-produced high performance and high corrosion resistance sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets from a conventional ingot alloy without strict protections against oxidation.
