RX-AT型环锥行星无级变速器机械效率的研究

摘    要:根据RX-AT型环锥行星无级变速器的传动原理和结构特点,对其机械效率进行了深入的分析与研究,提出了机械效率的理论计算公式.在同样条件下分别计算了RX-AT型无级变速器与RX型无级变速器机械效率的理论曲线.计算表明:RX-AT型无级变速器的机械效率比RX型无级变速器有明显增加,其综合机械性能有明显改善.

Abstract:According to the drive schemes and structural characteristics, the mechanical efficiency of variator of RX- AT ring cone planet was studied in detail, and the formulas for calculation of mechanical efficiency are presented. The theoretical curves were calculated saparately for the mechanical efficiencies of RX - AT and RX under similar conditions. The calculations indicate that the mechanical efficiency of RX - At type variator is obviously higherthan that of RX, and its synthetical mechanical characteristics is obviously better as well.
