双组分改性醇酸树脂不干胶的研究

摘    要:通过大豆油和蓖麻油双组分对基础醇酸树脂进行改性以提高产品的性能,制备出一种新颖的改性醇酸树脂不干胶。对不同的油度、反应时间、反应温度、催化剂等反应条件对产品的影响进行了研究。具体反应条件为大豆油和蓖麻油质量比为2:1,油度为55%,PbO作催化剂210~220℃进行醇解反应,氮气保护下220℃进行酯化反应。实验结果表明产品不干天数大于30 d、酸值为6.6、迁移性为1.2%、黏附力为1级、柔韧性为0.5、色度值为8。

Abstract:The basis alkyd resin was modified by the two-component seed oil of soybean oil and castor oil to improve product performance.A novel non-drying alkyd resins was prepared.At the same time,different reaction conditions were studied,such as the different oil degree,reaction time,reaction temperature,different catalyst,et al.The experimental conditions are the mass ratio of soybean oil to castor oil of 2:1,55%degree of oil,alcholysis reaction temperature of 210~220℃ with PbO as catalyst and esterification temperature of 220 ℃ under the protetion of nitrogen.The experimental results showed that the product non-drying number of days was more than 30 days,acid value was 6.6,migration was 1.2%,adhesion was one level,flexibility was 0.5 and chroma value was 8.
