| 摘 要： | 从满足工艺生产的要求出发，简要分析了尿素装置几种常见．的仪表复杂控制系统，如串级、均匀、比值、分程控制系统等的特点、适用场合及基本构成，并详细介绍了一般串级控制系统仪表调试的主要步骤及方法，旨在解决仪表复杂控制系统调试过程中的重点及难点，为装置的顺利平稳运行提供可靠保证。

| Abstract: | Basing from the production process, analysis briefly the characteristics 、the application occasions 、the parts of several common complex control systems in urea unit, such as the cascade、 the uniformity、 the ratio and the sub-process control, introduce detailly the methods and the major steps of instrument calibration of the cascade control system ,to resolve the stress and the difficulties in the process of calibration of complex control system ,for the smooth operation of the device providing a reliable guarantee. |
