工业尾气脱硫的应用技术及其展望

对工业企业中几种常用的尾气脱硫技术如：石灰法、钠碱法、氨法、氧化锌法等脱硫方法的原理、设备、投资、运行费用、脱硫效果等方面的情况予以介绍,然后文章着重就两种高效的脱硫技术——活性焦法和有机胺法的原理、投资、运行等情况与常用的尾气脱硫技术进行了比较与分析。文章最后对工业尾气的脱硫技术进行了展望,为企业根据自身特点和情况选择合适的脱硫技术提供了依据。

The Technology and Development of Desulfurization of Tail Gas Used by Enterprise

Several desulfurization methods were interpreted,including lime method,Sodium alkali,Ammonia Method and zinc oxide methods. The characteristics of each method such as principle,primary equipment,investment,effects of operation were also introduced. Activated coke and organic amine,as two new kinds of technology would advance smoothly were thoroughly interpreted. Ways of using above technology for the factory tail gas were introduced and some prospects about desulfurization were proposed.
