摘    要:2500t/d新型干法窑(qb4rex60m)产量达2800t/d较普遍,但华东某厂该规格窑达到了3500t/d熟料。经相关理论计算表明,该规格窑产量达3500t/d是完全可以实现。在此基础上,进行了该规格窑产量达3500t/d熟料时的各主机设备的配置讨论。显然,文中超高产个例的存在与理论分析计算及相关讨论,无疑对工程设计选型理念提出了新的思索与观点。

Abstract:It is common that output of 2 500 t/d NSP produciton line reaches 2 800 t/d, but the clinker output of a same scale East China plant has reached 3 500 rid, and some theoretical calculation shows it is possible. On that basis,the main equipment configuration when the output of same scale production line reaches 3 500 t/d was disucssed. Obviously, the existence of overhigh output case and the analysis,calculation and discussion bring new ideas and reflection for project design and type selection.
