| 摘 要： | 供应链管理是一种新型的企业管理模式,但"牛鞭效应"造成的信息风险影响了供应链的效率。分析了"牛鞭效应"的成因及其造成的风险,给出了一些弱化"牛鞭效应"信息风险的对策,并对实现供应链企业之间的信息共享的技术条件进行了描述。

| Abstract: | Supply chain management is a new-style pattern of enterprise management, but information risks of supply chain caused by "the bullwhip effect" greatly decrease supply chain efficiency. The forming causes of "the bullwhip effect" and the risks are analyzed. Some effective approaches to mitigate "the bullwhip effect" are proposed. Potential technical conditions to realize information sharing among enterprises of supply chain are described. |
