| 摘 要： | 对填料塔和板式塔脱臭工作原理进行了分析,填料式脱臭塔相对板式塔由于油在塔内呈膜状蒸馏,而无油位的存在,故需要的汽提蒸汽和抽真空用的动力蒸汽较少,仅为板式塔的30%左右,因此填料式脱臭塔的炼油成本很低,是一种理想的脱臭节能设备.

| Abstract: | Bleached oil is distillated in packed column as film,whereas there is oil level in plate column,so the steam consumption of packed column is less than that of plate column.When using a packed column in refinery,the production cost is lower,because the steam consumption is only 30% of plate column's. |
