摘    要:文章以华锡集团河池冶金化工厂精炼生产工艺为例,详细介绍了采用二次碱渣进行脱砷,二次铅渣进行脱铅的生产流程、工艺技术条件及生产实践。该厂自从采用二段脱砷二段脱铅方法,降低生产成本达10%以上,年创效益达100万元以上。

Abstract:Taking the example of China Tin Gruop Co., Ltd Heehi Metallurgy and Chemieal Industry, the article details the produetion proeesses, teehnology eonditions and produetion praetiee of removing Arsenie from the second eaustic sludge and Lead from the seeond Lead sludge. The eosts of produetion have been redueed by 10 percent sinee the method was adopted, and benefits have aslo aehieved above one million RMB every year.
